Call to vote: 2026 by-election for the Foundation Board

In the context of the Board of Trustees by-election, we have received six valid nominations for the vacant employee representative position. Please complete the election documents and return them by the deadline.
The following persons apply for the vacant seat:
- Bodmer Gabor, Tool & Equipment Engineer
- Casutt Claudio, Repair Project Engineer
- Haack Timo, VAT Manager Finance
- Hauger Sven, Facility Management Specialist
- Hitz Thomas, Engine Data Management – Methodiker and member of PEKO
- Michael Müller, VP Engine Operations

Please note:
- Please use only the ballot papers provided
- Complete the 2 ballot papers by hand.
- Only one of the candidates mentioned above may be listed on each ballot paper.
- Only the candidates listed above are eligible for election.
- Please select two different people. The same name must not appear twice
Please return the completed and signed ballot at latest by Friday, 20 November 2026 to the Board of Trustees‘ electoral committee, Rita Vitanza/PF, using the enclosed envelope.
The candidate with the most votes will be deemed elected. In the case of a tied vote, a second by-election shall be held.
